The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling and fabricating mechanical components according to detailed schematics and specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems, as well as the ability to work with various hand tools and machinery. The Mechanical Assembler will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.
Duties
• Assemble mechanical components based on provided schematics and specifications.
• Fabricate parts as needed, ensuring precision and adherence to quality standards.
• Perform electrical wiring tasks, including the installation of logic controllers.
• Utilize hand tools and machining equipment for assembly processes.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and improve processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
• 2-10 + years of proven experience in mechanical assembly or a related field.
• Strong understanding of schematics and technical drawings.
• Proficient in using hand tools and basic machining equipment.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring and logic controllers.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
