As an Analytics Engineer , you'll transform complex data into insights that help us connect millions of responsible Americans with the training, education, and resources they need to protect what matters most.
We seek a highly driven Analytics Engineer who can turn raw, operational data into trusted business intelligence that drives smarter decisions across the company. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to transform data from multiple sources into scalable reporting solutions that bring clarity to KPIs, metrics, and business performance. You will build the foundation that helps leaders see what is happening, understand why it matters, and act with confidence.
The right candidate is a disciplined problem-solver and truth-seeker. You move with urgency without sacrificing accuracy. You take ownership, ask strong questions, and bring order to complexity. You are comfortable working through ambiguity, improving systems, and holding your work to a high standard because the work matters.
This position is based at our corporate headquarters in West Bend, Wisconsin and allows for a hybrid work schedule with 3 days onsite and the option for 2 days remote.
