This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dartmouth, MA, with flexibility to work from home on certain days. As an Assistant General Manager, you will oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the establishment. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining operational standards, implementing customer service excellence, and addressing guest concerns. The role also involves supervising inventory, coordinating schedules, assisting with recruitment and training, and supporting the General Manager in strategic initiatives to meet business objectives.

• Operational Knowledge in inventory management, scheduling, and budgeting
• Organizational and Problem-Solving skills for efficient multi-tasking and issue resolution

• Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant management is highly desirable
• Proficiency in reporting tools, POS systems, and general technology use
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
