RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking Cemetery Grounds Associate to support grounds and maintenance operations in Ambler, PA with $17/hr pay for a 3 months contract (temp only). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team that helps maintain a clean, respectful environment for families and visitors. Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week; may require additional hours as needed)

Requirements: Valid driver’s license required

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist with burial services, including opening and closing gravesites
• Perform general groundskeeping such as mowing, weed eating, and landscaping
• Set up and break down gravesites, including placing headstones and markers
• Install burial containers and assist with memorial and foundation setup
• Complete work orders related to grave and marker maintenance
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Follow all safety guidelines and company standards

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• At least 6 months of experience operating equipment or working in a similar role
• Comfortable using hand tools (shovel, rake, trimmer, etc.) and basic machinery
• Ability to operate equipment like mowers, tractors, or utility vehicles (experience is a plus)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with team members and client families
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
