MEP Superintendent – Multifamily Construction (South Florida)

A well‑established, South Florida–based general contractor is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to support a growing pipeline of large‑scale multifamily projects throughout the region.

This role is ideal for an MEP‑focused superintendent who excels at coordinating complex building systems, driving quality installations, and supporting on‑time project delivery in fast‑paced, multi‑trade environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all MEP field operations from rough‑in through commissioning and close‑out
• Coordinate closely with project superintendents, PMs, and trade partners
• Manage mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low‑voltage trades
• Ensure work is installed per drawings, specs, and code requirements
• Oversee inspections, testing, balancing, and system start‑ups
• Drive schedule adherence and proactively resolve field conflicts
• Enforce safety standards and quality control across all MEP scopes

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an MEP Superintendent on multifamily projects
• Strong working knowledge of:
• HVAC systems
• Electrical distribution
• Plumbing and fire protection
• Life safety and low‑voltage systems
• Experience coordinating multiple MEP subcontractors simultaneously
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and MEP drawings
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• OSHA certification preferred
