We are Hiring Experienced Diesel Techs!

Salary: $50,000 - $85,000 (Based on Experience)

Are you a skilled Diesel Technician? We’re looking for an experienced, self-motivated professional to join our team in Oak Grove, Missouri. If you thrive on solving complex mechanical challenges using cutting-edge diagnostic software and take pride in diagnostic repairs, this is the opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy equipment using the latest diagnostic software and tools.
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure customer vehicles are road-ready.
• Work independently to identify issues and implement solutions efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with a tight-knit team of professionals in a cooperative, family-oriented environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Proven background as a Diesel Technician in the semi truck or heavy equipment industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with modern diagnostic software and tools to pinpoint and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
• Self-Starter: A self-reliant and accountable individual who takes ownership of their work.
• Team Player: Ability to work cooperatively with colleagues while contributing to a positive workplace atmosphere.
• Drug Screen: Must pass a standard drug screening.
• CDL (Preferred): A Commercial Driver’s License is a plus but not required for this position.
