Job Description

Join our client, a global leader delivering equipment, systems, digital solutions, and value‑added services, as an EHS Manager at their Las Vegas remanufacturing facility. You will guide health, safety, and loss prevention for a busy 24‑hour operation, partnering with teams across production, maintenance, and quality to keep people safe and processes compliant. This hands‑on role seeks a proactive safety leader who can coach others, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement in a fast paced industrial setting.

  • Lead the planning, development, and implementation of an effective health, safety, and loss prevention program for the Las Vegas remanufacturing facility, with a focus on zero incidents.
  • Develop, deliver, and monitor on‑site training programs; communicate safety procedures, incident investigations, and risk controls to all employees.
  • Engage with employees at all levels to promote a proactive safety culture; oversee hazard identification, near‑miss reporting, and corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections; coordinate workers’ compensation program with carrier and HR; ensure timely, accurate reporting and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, environmental rules, building codes, and right‑to‑know requirements; maintain records and permits.
  • Track safety performance, prepare reports for leadership, and drive continuous improvement across processes, ergonomics, and emergency readiness.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors for EHS programs; oversee training and onboarding for new hires and contractors.
  • Travel up to 10% to support a second regional facility.
  • Relocation: The client will consider visa support if you need to relocate for this role.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, opportunities for professional growth, and a collaborative, safety‑minded team atmosphere. You will be part of a strong, hands‑on culture that values leadership, coaching, and continuous improvement.
