Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, activities, and documentation to ensure efficient execution.
• Collect, enter, and analyze data to prepare insightful reports for committee and board members to assist in decision-making processes.
• Coordinate and execute large-scale annual events serving thousands of attendees each year. This will involve planning, logistics coordination, and on-site management.
• Provide clerical support, including filing, mailing, and running errands, to contribute to smooth operations.
• Track donor contributions and maintain accurate records to support fundraising efforts.
• Participate in professional development opportunities.
