Food & Beverage Supervisor

Our Food & Beverage Supervisor at The Lakehouse Resort assists in overseeing the different functions of the food and beverage areas on the property. This may include Brickmans Restaurant at The Links, in-room dining service, Spinnaker Coffee, Birdie’s Snack Shack, the Beverage Cart, and the Pool Bar.

Responsibilities may include scheduling and training of staff, assisting with payroll, promoting engagement with employees and guests, and more. We are looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor who has a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.

Key Reponsibilities:

• Oversee front-of-house staff and daily service operations
• Support staff training, scheduling, and team development
• Ensure high-quality guest experiences and resolve guest concerns professionally
• Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality, presentation, and cleanliness standards
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Collaborate with other departments to support smooth operations
• Support management with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in food and beverage supervising, preferably in a hotel/resort setting.
• Strong leadership and communication Skills
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
• Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Food Handlers and RBS certified. 

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:

• Mostly Monday through Friday but may be required to work various shifts as project and property needs dictate, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
