General Production Worker - Immediate Start

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic manufacturing and assembly tasks using hand and power tools
• Cut, assemble, and handle materials according to work instructions
• Follow safety, quality, and ISO procedures at all times
• Measure materials accurately using a tape measure and basic math
• Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards)
• Assist with packing and preparing products for shipment
• Reduce waste, handle scrap properly, and support recycling efforts
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment
• Support cross-training and assist other departments as needed

Shift & Pay

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $16.50/hr
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM | $17.00/hr

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sutton, MA.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
