Licensure / Endorsement Requirements

Preferred candidates will hold one or more of the following Iowa endorsements appropriate for elementary instruction:

  • K?6 Elementary Classroom Teacher ? 102

  • K?8 Elementary Education ? 103

  • K?8 Reading ? 148

  • K?8 Social Studies ? 164

  • K?8 Language Arts ? 144

Other applicable Iowa elementary content endorsements may also be considered.

Candidates who are eligible for licensure or are currently completing an approved teacher preparation program are encouraged to apply.
