Hiring: Marketing Manager

Location: Farmers Branch, TX

Shift: Monday–Friday (Some Nights & Weekends)

Pay: Up to $95,000/year

*Depending on Experience.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Marketing Manager supports the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns that align with enterprise goals. This role requires a creative problem-solver who embraces AI as a core tool for modern marketing — from generative content creation and predictive analytics to workflow automation. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights and emerging technologies to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and local store marketing effectiveness, while championing AI adoption across the team.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS (LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS)

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• 5–10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in franchise or retail environments
• Experience with social media strategy and analytics
• Familiarity with creative production processes
• Demonstrated history of integrating AI tools into marketing workflows (portfolio examples or case studies preferred)
• Comfortable training team members on AI tool adoption and best practices
