Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembler

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Milpitas, CA

Pay Rate: $27- $30/hr.

Job Description:

• Perform set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of mechanical assemblies at system level.
• Determine and may develop methods and procedures from blueprints, drawings and diagrams.
• Assist and load wafers for calibration
• Test wafers follow the work instructions
• Execute test application (using PC) for data analysis on the wafers
• Work with Engineering team to solve MFG issues
• Work on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
• Perform ongoing daily work with minimal instruction, and with general instructions on newly introduced assignments.

Qualifications (What we need to see):

• Inspect small components/parts under microscope
• Work and handle small hand helds tool like DVM
• Computer knowledge (use MS office like Excel, MS Word)
• Soldering knowledge
