Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Personal Assistant. The Personal Assistant will work closely with executives to manage daily administrative tasks, which includes managing schedules, organizing meetings, and performing clerical duties. Key responsibilities include maintaining effective communication, coordinating projects, and ensuring operational efficiency. This role is located in Elmwood Park, NJ, with flexibility for remote work on some days.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks
  • Strong Communication and Diary Management skills
  • Experience with Clerical Skills, organization, and task prioritization
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently or in a team environment
  • Familiarity with productivity and scheduling tools is an advantage
  • Past experience in a similar role is preferred
