Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Project Coordinator for a large, well-established client supporting major infrastructure projects. As a Project Coordinator , you will play a key role in supporting project management operations, ensuring schedules, documentation, and communications remain accurate and up to date across multiple active initiatives. This position operates within a thriving, fast-paced environment where strong organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Project Management team across multiple infrastructure projects.
  • Maintain and update project schedules and tracking spreadsheets in Excel.
  • Track project materials and assist with monitoring delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate follow-ups with vendors to confirm updates and collect project information.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation, records, and status updates.
  • Assist project managers with meeting coordination, notes, and general project communication.
  • Support documentation and administrative tasks related to project procurement and project files.
  • Collect updates from field teams and ensure project trackers and reports remain current.
  • Assist with preparing status reports and project updates for internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience in an Administrative Assistant, Project Assistant, or Project Support role.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized documentation in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
  • Experience supporting engineering, construction, utilities, or infrastructure teams is a plus but not required.
