Project Executive | Dallas, TX | Mechanical Construction

ITP are working with a leading mechanical contractor delivering large-scale projects across data centers, healthcare, and advanced technology sectors , and they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Executive to lead major project delivery in the Dallas market.

This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for overseeing multiple large-scale mechanical projects ($50M–$200M+) , driving performance, and leading high-performing project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight across multiple mechanical construction projects
• Lead and mentor Project Managers and senior project teams
• Ensure successful delivery across schedule, budget, safety, and quality
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, GCs, and key stakeholders
• Support business development, preconstruction, and strategic planning efforts
• Drive operational excellence across HVAC, piping, and plumbing scopes

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in mechanical construction, with HVAC, Plumbing, and Piping scopes.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects ($50M+)
• Strong leadership background overseeing multiple project teams
• Experience across sectors such as data centers, healthcare, or industrial preferred
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
