W2 Contract – 1 year with possible extensions!

Pay Rate: $34.00 - $36.00 /hour - Determined based on experience (Paid Weekly)

Summary of the Role:

BEPC is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager – Manufacturing Operations to join our client’s onsite team. This entry-level role will support the coordination and execution of less complex projects within an operations environment, including assembling project teams, managing schedules, allocating resources, and monitoring project progress and budgets. The ideal candidate will bring strong critical thinking skills, stakeholder management abilities, and experience driving results, with familiarity in tools such as Smart sheets or Planisware.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support planning and execution of manufacturing and operations projects
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful completion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project progress and resolve issues
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and communication with stakeholders
• Utilize tools such as Smartsheets or Planisware to track and manage project activities
• Assist in production-related initiatives (80%), including coordination and execution support
• Promote teamwork and collaboration across departments (10%)
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and process optimization (5%)
• Identify risks, perform situational assessments, and support decision-making processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 2 years of project management, product development, or related experience
• Experience with Smartsheets or Planisware
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and drive results in an operations environment
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

• PM designation (PMP, Agile Scrum Master, or other project management certification)
• Project Management certification (PMP, Agile Scrum Master, or similar)
• Experience with Design Control and/or phased development processes
• Proficiency in MS Project or other Project & Portfolio Management tools
• Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
