Job Description

This is a direct hire role and 100% onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end operations and digitalization projects, including MES implementation, test system improvements, automation, and process optimization.
• Partner with production, quality, supply chain, and engineering teams to define project goals, scope, and success metrics.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Monitor progress, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Deliver clear project updates, executive‑level reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Keep current with industry best practices and regulatory updates.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of project management in a manufacturing or operations environment
• Multi‑location project management required; global experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems and metrics (MES, OEE, takt time, yield, test systems)
• Proficiency in MS Project, SharePoint, Excel, Power BI
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or comparable certification preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management
• Experience working in matrixed organizations with R&D and Operations
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and multitasking skills
• A proactive, can‑do mindset
