Job Title: Recruitment/Client Sales Consultant

Location: Dallas, TX - Uptown (onsite)

About the Role:

As a Consultant at Coalesce Management Consulting, you’ll play a key role in helping clients in the Transmission & Distribution and Electrical Energy sectors achieve project success. You’ll build lasting client relationships, source and manage expert talent, and drive revenue through consultative sales.

This is a people-focused, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll learn how to run the full 360 recruitment process from business development and client management to candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 full year of experience in recruitment, sales, account management, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required with appropriate experience
  • A strong track record of success and ability to showcase results
  • A natural communicator who thrives on building relationships and closing deals
  • Someone with a growth mindset that is ready to learn fast, embrace challenges, and grow into a high-performing and high-earning recruiter

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop new business by connecting with clients and uncovering project needs
  • Source, qualify, and manage top-tier candidates within the utilities and energy sector
  • Guide your candidates through the entire recruitment process—from first call to final offer
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and consultants
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Continuously grow your market knowledge and commercial expertise
