Job Summary:

This Analyst II role supports corporate actions processing within a middle office environment, with increased responsibility in review, oversight, and quality control. In addition to executing corporate actions and dividends, this position plays a key role in validating work, supporting junior team members, and ensuring accuracy across processes. Ideal candidates bring prior financial services or middle office operations experience and are comfortable taking on a more leadership-oriented role within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Actions Processing: Execute and support voluntary and mandatory corporate actions and dividend processing across financial products

Review & Quality Control: Review and validate work completed by junior analysts to ensure accuracy and compliance

Reconciliation Oversight: Perform and oversee reconciliations of client holdings versus agent records

Team Support & Leadership: Act as a point of guidance for Level 1 analysts, assisting with questions and workflow direction

Client & Stakeholder Communication: Handle more complex inquiries and support client communication as needed

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and accuracy within the team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Finance, Business, or related field preferred)

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (strong Excel skills required)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage increased responsibility

• Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in financial services or middle office operations

• Prior exposure to corporate actions (preferred but not required)

• Experience reviewing work or mentoring junior team members

• Familiarity with tools such as Alteryx or Power BI
