About the Role

As a Senior Financial Analyst – Pricing , you will be a vital member of the Financial Analysis team, partnering with attorneys and business leaders to deliver strategic pricing solutions. This role blends financial modeling, market analysis, and advisory support to drive profitability and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead pricing strategy for new business opportunities by developing competitive and profitable fee proposals
• Conduct market, industry, and practice group analysis to support leadership decision-making
• Build and maintain pricing databases and go-to-market templates
• Support the Rate Approval Committee with reporting and trend analysis
• Prepare presentations and insights for senior leadership and annual pricing strategy meetings
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive financial and proprietary information

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis or project management (professional services experience is a plus)
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and financial/reporting tools
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities

*** Salary- $120,000-$140,000 Base
