Job Description

This Talent Sourcer/Recruiter identifies, engages, and pipelines passive and active candidates for open roles within the healthcare education industry using techniques like Boolean search, social media networking, and talent mapping. They work closely with hiring managers to define candidate personas, conduct initial screenings, and nurture talent pipelines, directly impacting the early stages of recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Active Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, ATS system and other platforms to identify potential candidates.
  • Boolean Search Mastery: Create complex search strings to find niche talent.
  • Candidate Engagement: Craft and send personalized outreach (emails, InMail) to engage passive talent.
  • Screening: Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate fit, interest, and qualifications.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to build a database of qualified talent for current and future needs.
  • Collaboration: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define and refine candidate requirements.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor talent markets to identify trends and inform hiring strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR, with proven capability in identifying talent in competitive markets.
  • Technological Proficiency: Experience with ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM tools.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and deliver compelling, personalized messaging.
  • Research Skills: Strong internet research instincts and ability to find hidden talent.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
