Position Summary:

The position is responsible for supporting sales operations, customer support leadership, and assigned client accounts through system administration, reporting, and team supervision. This role ensures accurate sales alignments, timely reporting, effective workflow management, and high-quality customer service delivery. The individual will supervise customer support staff, oversee daily operations, and collaborate across teams to support business objectives and special initiatives.

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

Manage and maintain sales alignments within SAP to ensure data accuracy and compliance.Execute mass data uploads and updates using Winshuttle.

• • Support and manage special projects as assigned.
  • Supervise Customer Support Representatives and/or Customer File Specialists.
  • Direct daily workflow and monitor workloads to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client inquiries.
  • Monitor phone calls, call metrics, and other customer interactions; provide feedback, performance coaching, and guidance as needed.
  • Provide direct support to assigned customer accounts to ensure service expectations are met.
  • Ensure proper phone coverage, scheduling, performance management, and resolution of personnel-related issues.

Expertise: Knowledge & Skills

• Basic knowledge of relevant business practices, procedures, and professional standards.

• Ability to apply standard theories, principles, and concepts to analyze situations and recommend appropriate actions.

• Strong judgment and problem-solving skills for resolving day-to-day operational issues.

• Ability to work under general supervision while planning and accomplishing assigned objectives.

• May assist with onboarding, training, assigning tasks, and reviewing work for peers.

• Effective communication skills with internal stakeholders including supervisors, peers, and direct reports, as well as frequent interaction with external vendors or contractors.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree required, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

• 4–6 years of related professional experience required.

• Ability to work non-standard schedules as business needs require.

Salary Range: $65K - $75K

The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range provided is a reasonable estimate.
