Warehouse Associate | Northville, MI

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our daily operations in Northville, MI . This role is essential for the timely distribution of equipment and supplies used in telecommunications construction projects, including fiber, aerial, and underground builds.

What You’ll Do

• Material Management: Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials while picking and packing supplies for specific job sites.
• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records and assist with cycle counts to ensure all telecom materials—such as fiber cable, conduit, and handholes—are accounted for.
• Logistics Support: Safely load and unload trucks and coordinate with field crews to assist with deliveries as needed.
• Facility Maintenance: Organize and maintain a clean, safe environment in both the warehouse and the yard.
• Equipment Operation: Utilize warehouse equipment, including forklifts, to move materials efficiently.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience: One or more years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or construction is preferred. Familiarity with telecom or utility construction materials is a significant plus.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor throughout the day in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and a strong attention to detail.
• Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required. Forklift certification and a CDL (Class A or B) are highly preferred.

Position Details

• Location: Northville, MI.
• Compensation: $18 – $24 hourly .
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, regular business hours.
• Work Environment: A combination of warehouse and outdoor yard work with exposure to various weather conditions.
