Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and process orders end-to-end, including verifying order details (product type, quantity, specifications), generating shipping documents, and coordinating with the team to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Assist with daily warehouse tasks such as receiving, storing, picking, and packing goods; maintain a clean and organized workspace to comply with safety and operational standards.
• Conduct regular inventory checks, track stock movements, and identify discrepancies (e.g., shortages, overstock, damages) in a timely manner.
• Maintain and file inventory records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and easily retrievable.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and cross-functional teams to support process improvements and resolve operational issues.
• Adhere to company policies and safety protocols during all warehouse activities.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics is preferred.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (or similar tools) for data entry and inventory tracking.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, barcode scanners) is a plus; willingness to learn and operate equipment after training.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy, with the ability to spot and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to work on-site at the specified location in Eastvale, CA.
