About the Role

We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated Business Immigration Analysts/Data Entry specialists to join our team on a short-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates or individuals looking to gain experience in a professional office environment— no prior immigration or legal experience required .

In this role, you will support case preparation and administrative processes while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The client offers hands-on training, exposure to immigration casework, and the opportunity to contribute to a globally recognized firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparation and filing of immigration cases, including document collection, review, and data entry
  • Print, scan, and organize documentation in both physical and digital formats
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records within internal systems
  • Communicate professionally with team members, clients, and foreign nationals regarding case status and general inquiries
  • Track case progress and ensure deadlines are met in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Compile and summarize data for reporting purposes
  • Follow firm policies and procedures to ensure compliance and data accuracy
  • Support team productivity goals while demonstrating flexibility and initiative

Required Qualifications

  • Strong digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, and data entry
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems and databases quickly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or Paralegal certification
  • Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience (not required but a plus)
