What You’ll Own

• Turn drawings and specs into clear, accurate, competitive estimates
• Drive take-offs, vendor pricing, and scope development
• Ask the questions others miss—and get ahead of issues early
• Work directly with clients, designers, and internal teams to tighten scope and uncover value engineering opportunities
• Build proposals that don’t just check boxes—but win work
• Set up Project Managers for success with clean, complete handoffs

What We’re Looking For

• Someone who is wired for details and accountability
• Someone who takes ownership—not just direction
• Someone who can move fast without sacrificing accuracy
• Someone who likes solving problems more than pointing them out

You don’t need 10+ years of experience.

You do need:

• Strong analytical ability
• Confidence working with numbers and drawings
• A mindset that says: “I’ll figure it out.”
