Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Boston, is seeking an experienced Receptionist to support their team on a temporary-to-hire basis.

This position is onsite. Schedule is 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors at the front desk
  • Set up conference rooms
  • Maintain break room
  • Answer phones
  • Distribute mail
  • Print documents
  • Provide general administrative support

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of recent reception experience in a professional service setting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

The anticipated pay rate for this position is $25/hour.
