Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient Clinic – Advanced Care Center/Clinical Decision Unit. The nurse will provide high-quality patient care, coordinate clinical activities, and support physicians and other healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional service to patients. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinical setting. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient progress and document clinical information accurately. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and health maintenance. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Required Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years. Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications (if a ny) Experience in a Clinical Decision Unit or Advanced Care Center. Prior outpatient clinic experience. Certifications (if any ) ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) BLS (Basic Life Support) PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support , Basic Life Support
