**About the Role**

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, visually engaging videos tailored for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.

Your work will directly impact the brand’s online presence, so we are looking for someone with strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to tell compelling stories through video.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Editing & Post-Production**

* Assemble and refine video clips to create cohesive, high-quality content.
* Add transitions, effects, and other creative elements to elevate visual storytelling.
* Sync and edit audio, incorporating music and voiceovers for a polished final product.

**Color Grading & Correction**

* Adjust color tones and lighting to maintain visual consistency across all videos.
* Perform detailed color correction to enhance footage quality.
* Motion Graphics & Animation
* Create motion graphics, lower-thirds, and animations to make content more dynamic.
* Work with 3D models and advanced graphics to enhance production value.

**Collaboration**

* Work closely with social media coordinators and marketing teams to align content with creative goals and brand strategy.

**File Management & Organization**

* Maintain organized folders and version control for all project files and assets.
* Ensure files are stored securely for easy access and future use.

**Quality Control**

Review final edits to ensure videos are free of errors, including audio syncing, subtitles, and visual quality.

Meet deadlines without compromising attention to detail.

**Platform-Specific Optimization**

* Export videos in correct formats, file sizes, and aspect ratios for various platforms.
* Optimize content for mobile-first platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok.

**Continuous Learning & Creativity**

* Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, tools, and techniques.
* Suggest new ideas and innovative approaches to enhance content quality.

**Requirements**

* Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio.
* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro – essential for advanced editing.
* Knowledge of VFX tools such as Adobe After Effects or Blender.
* Ability to create animations and work with 3D models.
* Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and narrative flow.
* Excellent attention to detail and a creative eye.
* Familiarity with exporting content across multiple platforms and devices.
* Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with remote teams.

**Work Schedule**

Hours: 40 hours per week

Days: Monday to Friday

100% remote – must have reliable internet connection and ability to collaborate online.
